The quick help for SAS® Performance Management Solutions (SAS Financial Management, SAS Human Capital Management, SAS Strategy Management) release 5.1 does not display in the SAS Information Delivery Portal if the language is set to a 2 character code, such as "ko". Instead, the following will be displayed:

Tools > Internet Options > Languages > Add...and select the appropriate language_country combination.
